Hong Kong

Standard Delivery for Small Items

Shipping and delivery for small items (e.g., desk lamps, light bulbs) generally take 2 to 4 working days; during or right after promotional periods, it could take 4 to 10 working days. Orders are dispatched via third-party courier, who will usually contact the recipient in advance to confirm delivery arrangements.

Standard Delivery for Large Items

Shipping and delivery for medium to large items (e.g., ceiling lights, floor lamps) generally take 7 to 10 working days; during or right after promotional periods, it could take 10 to 20 working days. Our Dispatch Team will contact you 1 or 2 days before delivery to confirm the date and time.

Delivery Fees & Additional Charges

Free delivery* is provided for orders over HKD $500, with a flat HKD $50 delivery fee for orders below HKD $500. See below for additional charges:

• *Additional charges may be paid to the delivery driver during delivery. We reserve the right to cancel the order if you are unwilling to pay applicable additional charges.
• *Free delivery* covers addresses within 100 meters of the unloading point. An additional HKD $60 per block of 100 meters will be charged if applicable.
• Delivery service is free once per order. If you fail to receive the order at the agreed time and location, requiring re-delivery, we will charge HKD $250 per re-delivery.
• For delivery to outlying islands (Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Tai O, Ngong Ping, Tong Fuk, Mui Wo), items can only be arranged for pick-up at the departure pier.
